The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, making it easy to access attractions like Dal Lake and Lal Chowk. the staff are friendly and eager to help, whether it's the housekeeping or restaurant staff. the rooms are spacious, neat and clean, equipped with all basic amenities.
The location is not ideal and is far away from popular tourist spots like TRC and Dal Lake.
